Welcome to Beach Yoga with Diana in Miller Beach! I offer beach yoga classes, chakra balancing yoga classes, personalized yoga classes, one on one classes or at wellness events, private parties, corporate events, as well as mini yoga spa retreats! I am a certified yoga instructor and having been teaching yoga for 14 years now. My focus is not just on the physical side of yoga, but also on your over all health and well being. Beach Yoga With Diana

What makes me unique from other instructors? I use stones, crystals, essential oils, mantras and mudras in all of my yoga classes. I also end all my classes with either crystal singing bowls or Tibetan healing bowls during meditation. I believe using these tools during class, helps the earnest seaker to connect with his/her higher self.


Beach Yoga Classes

Join me on Lake Michigan's beautiful lake shore at the Southern tip of Lake Michigan for an experience you won't forget! It's quite different than a yoga class at a studio for a number of reasons! You'll get to connect with nature, which provides another level of spirituality to yoga; and have the added challenge, that practicing yoga on sand, bring in order to balance, and share the experience with others like you in an outdoor setting.

Mini Yoga Retreats

These private yoga classes are designed to give you a spa experience in the comfort of an in-home environment. We'll start with a 45 minute one on one personalized yoga class curtailed to your level, then a 30 minute Full Spectrum Sauna and chromotherapy session and finally, a 20 minute JOOV Red Light Therapy session. You'll leave feeling refreshed and relaxed!


Chakra Lessons

In these yoga classes, the focus will be on targeting your chakras to bring about a healthy distribution of your energy and to promote healing and well-being.  Each week, I will focus on one of the seven chakras with a balanced holistic approach.
